After moving to the UK 11 years ago worked at Thai restaurants in the UK
with the ambition of gaining experience to Own and Run her own restaurant.

Having started working as a chef in Thailand
at 19, Phan has exeriance from the Bell Air
Princess, Novatel Siam, Grand Diamond and
Dema Pamilian Hotels in Bangkok. In 2002
he moved to England where he has built up
his experience to become an accomplished
head chef.
Namfon Unsworth (Fon)
Assistant Chef
After working for Hotel Sunya in Chonburi
and Takno Steak House in Korrat Fon moved
to England. After arriving in the country she
stated working for the previous owner since
the restaurant opened.
Happily she has continued working for
with the new ownership.
Kritsada Seeanun (Golf)
Starter Chef
Golf began his career at the Celtic Manor
Hotel before moving Giggling Squid.
Having built up 5 years of experience as
a Starter Chef he joined our team.
